How To Take An Accurate Measurement
Chest:Taken with a deep breath, arms held out at shoulder height, around the fullest part of your chest.
Waist: Taken around the natural waistline.
Hip: Taken about 4" below your waist or around the fullest part of the buttocks.
Torso: Taken from the center of the shoulder, down the front of your body, through the crotch, and up the back of your body and back to that same shoulder. make a complete circle.
Inseam: The length of the inside of the leg: from the crotch to however long you would like to garment. if you measure to the ankle, the garment will only come to the ankle.
Sleeve: The length of the sleeve is from the top of the shoulder to the wrist.
